We sell all types of CCTV cameras and accessories. Installation is mandatory when purchasing accessories from us [ Price Including all the installation charges and installation charges ]. We provide after-sales services for customers who scale up their systems and for products under warranty.

3. Payment and Pricing

Accepted Payment Method: UPI via Mobile Number. 50% advance payment is required before installation, and the remaining 50% after installation. Prices are subject to change. No refunds are provided, but exchanges are available.

4. Installation Terms

We will first inspect the installation area. Customers must provide accurate details. No prior preparation is required from the customer.

5. Warranty and Liability

Warranty details are specified with each product. Warranty covers manufacturing defects but not power issues or negligence. Customers are responsible for power supply maintenance.

6. Data Privacy and Security

We collect only necessary customer information for login, delivery, and contact. We do not collect or store CCTV footage. Customers have full control over their data.

7. Service and Maintenance

Customers can contact us via social media, customer care, or email. Emergency support is not available.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hacking risks are the manufacturer’s responsibility. We are not liable if the CCTV fails to record an incident. Installers are responsible for any property damage during installation.

We comply with Indian laws on CCTV usage and data protection. Customers must follow local laws when installing cameras.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are available for customer support and dispute resolution. Unresolved issues may be handled through legal means as per Indian law.
